We pride ourselves in the thoroughness of our homewatch inspections. During each inspection, the following homewatch checklist will be completed and documented:
GPS pin drop location with a timestamp of when we arrive and the report uploaded to you when we lock your door on the way out
Embedded photos of the inspection that are included in the report
Lock assessment: ensuring doors are locked upon arrival and no forced entry detected
Visual inspection of refrigerator and freezer to ensure its on
Turn on the water, run the faucets, flush the toilets, and turn the water back off
Look for visible water intrusion
Pest check
All external door locks checked as well as sliding glass doors
Visual check of AC thermometer
Circuit break panel inspected for blown breakers
Odors or evidence of mildew check
Pool water level check
Additional notes if needed
All of this information is neatly organized into a homewatch inspection report that is promptly emailed over to you.

Your home's protection is our top priority, whether it is our routine homewatch inspection or ensuring your home is ready for a potential hurricane.
We provide assistance with your hurricane preparedness checklist to ensure your home is closed up prior to the hurricane and we will come out after to assess any damage. We even work with your insurance company on claims with agreed upon pricing.
We will also remove furniture and any loose items outside of the house to protect them from high winds and anything else you need with agreed upon pricing.
Our inspections continue post storm as well!

YES! Your External Solution provides Carwatch service as well. There is an additional fee as an add on but so reasonable you can't resist.
During each homewatch inspection, we will photograph the exterior of your car prior to driving it. Also included in our car inspection checklist is photographic evidence of milage before and after driving, RPM and AC working.
Your car will be safely returned and locked up. Plus, you will receive your car inspection report included with your homewatch inspection report.

The frequency of inspections is up to the homeowner.
Your External Solution recommends weekly inspections to keep your home protected consistently, but we are happy to come as often or as little as you need.
