We will perform inspections based on the Authority Having Jurisdiction's (AHJ)(also known as your Fire Marshall & Fire Department) requirement. We will complete the appropriate form(s) for them and submit them to the AHJ &Property Manager every 24 hours. In addition to the AHJ's form, we at YES have our own GPS, time stamped report that is emailed to you after every shift.

When your property’s fire equipment is in need of replacement or repair and is unable to work properly, it is legally required to have a guard on site to ensure the fire department is notified in the event of a fire.
Your property is at risk of being damaged or even destroyed if your fire monitoring system is not working and you don’t have a Firewatch inspector on site.
It is imperative that you not only have a Firewatch company to conduct inspections, but to have a Firewatch company that you trust will get the job done correctly.

Your External Solution conducts a fire inspection every hour, half hour or 15 minutes (depending on AHJ) during our time on the property. This inspection is documented with a GPS timestamp.
We will complete a fire inspection report that includes photos of the property each hour that will be emailed over to the board and to the fire marshal.
Our in depth inspection includes the following:
Photos of the exterior of the building
Time and date of inspection
GPS stamp
Photo of each floor inspected
Any necessary notes
